Hello Class,
First, I want you to know that I am thinking of you and miss seeing your faces at school every day. It seems like a long time since we have been able to meet. I am hoping you are continuing to make choices that are healthy for your mind, body and spirit. I just posted a discussion about your eating habits the past couple of weeks on Google Classroom. Please answer and then reply to at least 2 classmates. Let's keep each other accountable to still eat healthy while we are home more.
3 things to help you cope through this odd season of life.
1. Take care of your physical body (keep moving and eating fresh fruits and veggies and avoid sugar if you can)
2. Spend time enjoying a hobby, but balance it with serving other people somehow
3. Connect with friends and family as much as possible via technology
