Week One:
Students,
What a weird time we are in right now! Because we wrapped up a project while we were still at school last week, we're in a good place for when we go back. I look forward to getting to know you all more when I look at your Past, Present, Future projects. With the chaos that was this week, I haven't had a chance to answer your questionnaire questions, but I will this week! Later this week I will also post an optional project that you can do if you need things to stay busy! Stay safe, healthy, and email me if you need anything!
Week Two & Three:
Lit Expression students, here is your first optional learning opportunity to express yourself! Complete a poster on the topic of the BEST MOMENT OF YOUR LIFE. The requirements and slide for you to complete your work are attached! Turn in if/when you complete!
Week Four:
Typically in class we would do a movie review unit. We'd first research (via this webquest) elements of a high quality review, we'd vote on a top movie choice to watch together, and then we'd write our review. We'll be doing this from a distance. So, this week please complete the movie review webquest. Turn in to Google Classroom when done!
Week Five & Six:
Once you've completed last week's Movie Review Webquest you can move on to the next steps: watching a movie and writing a review. I am attaching the movie review outline for you to finish once you've watched a movie (any movie of your choice!). First, select a movie and watch it. Second, fill out the outline. Third, turn your outline into a two paragraph review by copying and pasting or retyping on the SAME document as the outline. Please be sure to include a title! Because watching a movie and writing the review will take some time, this is the assignment for this week AND next week. Movie review is due Sunday, May 3rd.
